Press Release State Police are responding to a commercial vehicle crash on the Thruway at Exit B1 in the town of Schodack. Investigation revealed a 2020 Freightliner tractor trailer operated by Victor Barroso-Cipriano, 36, of Bridgeport, CT, lost control while traveling westbound on the Thruway (I-90) Berksire Spur and rolled over.
