Man Arrested for Armed Robbery of AT&T Store; Over $15K in Merchandise Stolen - Rochester, NY

On May 27, 2025, the Bureau of Criminal Investigations at SP Canandaigua arrested 25-year-old Karrim G. Bouchet of Rochester, NY, for Robbery 1st (B Felony) and Grand Larceny 3rd (D Felony).   

Bouchet is accused of robbing the AT&T store located on Recreation Dr. in the town of Hopewell, NY, by threatening employees with a gun and forcing the employees to take him to the safe to steal over $15,000 in cell phones and cell phone accessories.  Within two hours, State Police Investigators and the SP Waterloo Uniform Force identified, located, and arrested Bouchet in Waterloo, NY.

Bouchet was processed at the SP Canandaigua barracks and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and a $10,000 bond after a centralized arraignment this morning.
