State Police arrest Hoosick Falls man for stealing a trailer

Press Release On September 25, 2024, Zachary T. Howes, a 26-year-old resident of Hoosick Falls, NY, was arrested by the State Police of Greenwich for Grand Larceny in the third degree. At approximately 2:49 p.m. on September 25, 2024, state troopers pulled over a vehicle towing a trailer on State Route 29 in Greenwich, NY, due to a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver, identified as Howes, was found to have allegedly stolen the trailer from a property on County Route 61 in Greenwich, NY, earlier that day. Following his arrest, Howes was taken to SP Greenwich for processing and was subsequently transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
